The practice consists of three partners, one associate and a professional staff of eight.
Mr Tom Keane FCPA
Mr Tom Keane is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Ireland since 1981,and a fellow since 1991. He is a founding partner of the existing practice and has over thirty years of professional experience. He served on the Council of the Institute for 20 years and chaired many committees, including being President for two years (1993 and 1994). He has represented the Institute on the Consultative Committee of Accountancy bodies - Ireland and is presently a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Committee. He was also a director of the Great Southern Hotels from 2002 to 2006 having being appointed by the government. He specialises in Business start ups, venture funding, corporate recovery, insolvency and wealth management.
Mr Declan FitzGerald B Comm FCA
Mr FitzGerald is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland since 1982. He has extensive experience in both the profession and industry over the last twenty six years. He specialises in auditing, Management Information Systems, succession planning, pension schemes, wealth management and IT.
Mr Shay Cairns B Comm (Associate)
Mr Cairns has over thirty years within both the profession and Irish Industry. He is currently responsible for the audits of the Irish Amateur Boxers Association and Northside Partnership. He has extensive knowledge in the audit of small and medium sized enterprises in particular clubs and associations.
Ms Tracey Glacken CPA (Associate)
Ms Glacken has over five years experience in the profession. She both trained and qualified in the practice and is currently responsible for our Mayo office, which was established in 2006. She has extensive knowledge in the audit of small and medium sized enterprises in particular Hotels, solicitors and SME’s.
